Return Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

At ELVANI SYDNEY, we want you to feel confident with every purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be included

  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear without hygiene seals

  • Earrings and certain accessories

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

If an item is marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase, it cannot be returned unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Our support team will provide further return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty

  • The item is damaged

  • The wrong item was received

  • A return is required under Australian Consumer Law

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required by law.


EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, colour, or item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.


FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging if applicable

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We may accept change-of-mind returns provided the item:

  • Meets all return eligibility requirements

  • Is returned within the specified return window

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to remedies including refunds, repairs, or replacements for products that:

  • Are faulty

  • Are not as described

  • Are not fit for purpose
